USPS Commemorative Panels

Beginning in 1972 the United States Postal Service has issued a special
panel for each commemorative stamp issued.  They contain
at least a mint block of 4 of the stamp, and descriptive text.
They measure 8-1/2 x 11-1/4 inches..


They are very attractive and are excellent for framing and in VF condition.

We will ship in a stiff mailer via First Class Package Mail .
