This technical guide was published by C. Arthur Pearson Limited. This publisher produced a long list of technical books in their "Motor Car Maintenance & Repair" series. They all contain enough information to enable the owner driver to service and maintain their vehicle.

They are all well illustrated and contain routine maintenance, cooling system, lubrication, electrical systems, top & major engine overhaul, clutch, gearbox & transaxle, brakes, steering, front & rear suspension, fuel system, propeller shaft/rear axle/driveshafts. They were an essential book for the do it youself mechanic at the time and can still be very useful today
