This is an original and very large 1903 Atlas/Map of the Middle Village, Maspeth, Elmhurst and Nassau Heights area in Queens, New York. The map measures 27.5 x 37.5 and it is on linen. It is in Ex condition. Map covers from Wooley Ave. to Grand St. and from Jamaica Ave. to Johnson Ave.
Each color represents the type of structure. Yellow is wood, pink is brick, blue is iron and brown is stone. The X's through the buildings indicate it is a barn or stable. Brown indicates stone structures. A circle with a "t" indicates a fire hydrant. The roman numerals inside the buildings indicate how many stories each structure is.
