Please realize that measurements are always an approximation no matter how hard I try. I always try to measure the same spot at least 3 times and I can get 3 different results all the time so please understand that this is not 100% accurate. I will not take any returns based on this. Measurements are taken with the pant lying flat/not stretched. Waist: Aligned the front and back waistband parallel to each other so the front does not sag under the back waistband (without dip). Inseam: jeans lying flat and measured from the crotch to hemline following leg's natural curve. Thigh : from center of the bottom seam of little rectangle at crotch to the edge of the leg. This is meant to be a general guideline for fit only. I only measure one from each size. Please be aware that there will be difference between identical items even they are the same size.

1. We do ship worldwide to every country. We just started to add instant pay function to our listings to reduce the number of non-paying transactions. You will buy items separately and pay separately but we do combine shipping to save you the cost. We will refund the extra money you paid for shipping cost when we process your payments. 

2. It's buyer's responsibility that your shipping address is correct. The actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if the package is undeliverable and returned to us.

3. We only use global express shipping method. Please always email us your local phone# (without country code) with your payment so we can write it on the package. This will help lower the risk of missing package.

4. You will be responsible for all your custom duty for every purchase you make here.

Return/Exchange policies:

We know how hard buying jeans online is. We want every pair you buy here makes you look your best. That is why we have this return/exchange policy here.  If an item or items is not what you expected or does not fit well, you can simply return it to us. as long as you keep the item absolutely new with all its tags intact.

Please make sure all these conditions are met before your return/exchange:

1. Please don't try to switch items here. More and more buyers sent fake, used, same item but from an old season, same item with defect which was bought somewhere else or totally garbage back to us in exchange for our authentic brand new item. The worst case here is a buyer from Taiwan. He bought 5 pairs of TR but sent back 5 pairs of old, used jeans from different cheap brands so he could keep our new expensive ones. We are fully aware this kind of behavior. Please make sure those don't happen again. We now work with our regular mail carrier. She drops all the returns to us while she picks up the outgoing packages. We open all return packages together and will call police officer right on the spot. We won every case so far. Our return/exchange policy is for our customers' convenience. Not for some customers to take advantage of.

2. The item is still in the condition we send you: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all its tags attached (no return and no exchange once you pull the tags off so please try the items on without pulling tags off)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

3. You need to email us within 3 days after you get your package regarding the return/exchange. We have to receive the item(s) back within 14 days. Otherwise all sales are final.

4. You will be responsible for all shipping cost.  Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please understand that is the cost we have to recover if no profit to cover it.
