Book has 88 pages, there is a small crease mark on the bottom edge of the back of the dust cover, there are a couple of tiny marks and some scuffing on the back of the dust cover, there are a couple of tiny tiny tears on the top edge of the front dust cover, there are a couple of tiny marks and a little scuffing on the front of the dust cover and there is some light rubbing wear on the outer edges of the dust cover.
