Ok from what I my Mazda crash books are showing this is located between the spare tire and the rear bumper of the wagon models only

All 4 photos are of the same plate and I am showing you both sides of it

as far as I can tell this plate was last available in 1990's So here is your chance to get the Last known new Factory replacement
