White Clover is a low growing legume excellent for green manure, attracting beneficial insects like bees and butterflies, a living mulch around trees, providing nitrogen to the soil, grazing for animals and the flowers and leaves can even be used in salads or teas.
Note these seeds are pre-inoculated and lime coated for improved germination, blue coating is non toxic and will naturally break down in soil.
Germinates best between 18-20 degrees C, for cool climates sow very early Spring or Autumn, Sow in Winter in warm climates.
Germinates 7-10 days, scatter directly on soil and cover lightly, must be kept moist for good germination.
