This listing is for a brand new rear bumper paint protection strip for a VW Transporter T5 or T6 model.

They are made from a high density CLEAR gloss material, specifically designed for automotive paint protection (NOTE: This Clear version MUST be fitted WET!!)

Total thickness for this protector is around 185 microns - normal cast sign writing vinyl is approx. 50 microns, so these are around 4 times as thick!!

They are UV resistant so will not discolour and will help protect your rear bumper's paintwork from everyday scratches and scrapes at a fraction of the cost of repainting your bumper. Once fitted this clear version becomes almost invisible, especially good for maintaining the clean lines on a light coloured van.

It is the same material we use for the wheel arch stone guards we sell for all Porsche models and due to many requests from customers looking for an alternative to the many styles of stainless steel or chrome protectors currently available, we created this protection strip and now fit these as standard whenever we sign write or wrap a customer's T5.

The beauty of this type of protector is that obviously no drilling is required, it can be removed easily by warming with a hair dryer, so doesn't leave the remnants of foam tape you get when you try to take a "rigid" one off and also the cheap chrome ones often rust and dent easily, which doesn't look great.

PLEASE NOTE: this will only stick to painted bumpers and will not work on the basic grey/black unpainted bumpers
