Original Antique Textile  Sampler " To a Friend's House the Road is Never Long"

I don't know how old it is, but my guess would be from around the 1910's to 1920's. 

Linen as you can see on the pictures has darkened with age, otherwise is in good condition. 

Great to frame and display!
