DELIVERY:
* The goods are delivered by a pallet due to the size and weight.
* We would require some indication of a day that suits you for delivery before we send the goods out to you, please note weekday delivery only and the service is an all day service.
* We will require a mobile phone number in order to give the courier so they can call if there are any issues reference deliveries.
* If you may not be in it is always a good idea to add a secure location, like or in garage, with a neighbour or you can send to a work address, which we can add to the instructions, but you will need to accept responsibility for the parcel being there.
* Goods will not be sent out
unless information is received and contact is made .. ps if there is a failed
delivery then the courier charges the carriage cost again which we will have to
