Vintage Postcard - Devil's Hole, Jersey, Channel Islands - UNPOSTED

This is a hand-tinted printed postcard showing the dramatic natural blowhole known as Devil's Hole on the north coast of Jersey. The Devil's Hole is a natural crater in the cliff formed by the sea eroding the roof of a cave, and a statue of a devil now stands near the entrance to the path.

Condition: In excellent vintage condition with very minor edge wear and light corner bumping. The reverse shows minimal age-related toning. Dimensions approximately 135mm x 87mm.

Philatelic & Publisher: This card features a divided back layout, typical of the early 20th century. It is unposted and lacks a specific publisher's mark.
