The stated condition is my own careful, good-faith assessment of an ungraded card, checked out of the sleeve under daylight-balanced light, front and back. It is not a professional grade, and grading standards vary between collectors. Unless stated otherwise, no claim is made about centring: off-centre printing within the manufacturer’s normal tolerance is a production characteristic, not damage, and it is visible in the photographs.

Buying more than one copy? The photographs show a representative copy, and every copy sent meets the same stated condition.

• Foil, holo and parallel cards routinely show light surface texture, faint print lines or small factory edge nicks from Bandai’s cutting and packing. These are normal manufacturing characteristics, not damage or play wear.
• Lighting and screen settings change how colour and holo patterns look; no photograph reproduces a holo pattern exactly as the eye sees it.
• Cards are sold as ungraded collectibles unless the listing says otherwise — not as investments or grading guarantees. I cannot predict what grade a card would receive.
• You are buying the single card described. Sleeves, toploaders, holders, boxes and anything else in a photograph are for protection or scale and are not included.
• Most cards here are the Japanese-language printing. Japanese and English printings of the same card are different products, with different card stock, finish and value. The language is stated above and in the item specifics — please check it.
• These are collectible trading cards, not toys, and are not intended for children under three.

• Payment is through eBay checkout only. I will never accept, or message you asking for, bank transfer, PayPal friends & family, cryptocurrency, gift cards or any payment off eBay. A message asking for one is not from me — please report it to eBay.
• Placing an order is a commitment to buy. An item is not held until it is paid for, and an unpaid order may be cancelled under eBay’s unpaid item policy. Prices are in the currency shown on the listing page.
• Before dispatch I may cancel and refund you in full if the listing has an obvious pricing or description error, the card fails its pre-dispatch check, or the stock is no longer available. You are never charged in that case, and I will always tell you why.

• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. They run from dispatch, not payment. Customs inspection, public holidays, weather, strikes and postal backlogs are outside my control and are not a fault of the item.
• I ship only to the address on the eBay order — it is the only address either of us is covered for. Please check it before you pay; I cannot redirect a parcel after dispatch. If it is wrong, message me at once and, if the order has not shipped, I will cancel and refund so you can reorder.
• Freight forwarders and consolidation addresses are welcome, but the sale is complete once the parcel is delivered there. Loss, damage, customs charges or repacking after that point are between you and your forwarder.

Every card is sleeved, placed in a rigid toploader or semi-rigid holder and taped closed so it cannot slide out, then sent in a rigid bubble mailer with a stiffener, marked do not bend. Several cards are sleeved and held individually so they cannot rub together. Nothing leaves here in a plain paper envelope.

Dispatched from Singapore as soon as payment clears, always within the handling time shown on this listing. Every card is checked again immediately before packing: if it no longer matches the stated condition, I will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund rather than send it.

• Where eBay must collect sales tax, VAT or GST on your purchase, eBay calculates and collects it at checkout and shows it on your order. I neither receive nor control that amount.
• Any import duty, customs charge, brokerage, handling fee or local tax your country raises in addition to anything collected at checkout is the buyer’s to pay. It is not included in the item price or shipping, I cannot calculate it in advance, and it is not grounds for a refund.
• Please check your country’s import rules before buying. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, returned or destroyed because import charges were not paid, shipping costs cannot be recovered and any refund is limited to what actually comes back to me.
• Customs declarations are completed honestly. I cannot mark an order as a gift, declare a lower value or mis-describe the contents, and I may cancel an order that asks me to.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping, except where the item is materially not as described, in which case I pay it.
• Please start every return through eBay so it is tracked and we are both protected; a card posted back without an eBay return request can be impossible to identify or credit.
• The card must come back in the same condition and protective packaging it was sent in, by a tracked service. Cards returned loose, damaged in return transit, altered, trimmed, cleaned, marked, signed or submitted for grading cannot be refunded.
• Every card is photographed front and back at high resolution immediately before it is packed, and that record is kept. A returned card is checked against its own photographs — this protects honest buyers too. A card returned that is not the card sent will be refused and reported to eBay.
• A change in market value, a price guide, a population report, a tournament ruling or a grading result is not a fault in the card. Ordinary change-of-mind returns are still welcome within the 30 days on the terms above.
• Cancellations: message me before the order ships and I will cancel and refund in full. After dispatch, please use the returns process.

• Message me first — almost everything is sorted faster by message than by case, though opening a case never counts against you.
• Keep all the packaging. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer mailer, the inner protection and the card before anything is thrown away, and send me the photos within 48 hours of delivery. The carrier will not consider a claim without them.
• If tracking stops moving, or a parcel has not arrived by the last estimated delivery date, message me. I will open a trace with the carrier and put it right by replacement or refund.

• These terms sit alongside eBay’s own policies, which govern this sale. Where the shipping, returns or payment policy on the listing page differs from anything written here, the policy on the listing page applies.
• Nothing in this description limits your statutory consumer rights or your protection under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
