As we operate from a warehouse offsite, business hours are from 9am till 5pm Monday through Friday. Any messages received outside of those hours will be answered in order the following business day.

For returns a request may be opened through eBay and a return shipping label will be provided.
Please be advised there is a restock fee of 15% for a change of mind.
If an item is altered, modified, or damaged after receiving it, be it used or new, we may deduct up to 50% for the returned item.
If an item is considered to be new or unused and is factory sealed or we have resealed the item and this is stated in the item description breaking that seal will result in a 50% deduction for a return as we can not verify the integrity of the item after it has been used.
