2.4GHz Wireless Audio for Gaming: Connect through the included USB dongle for low-latency gaming audio. Plug the dongle directly into your compatible device and switch the earbuds to USB Dongle mode. For computer use, select “SW4 Pro Dongle” as both the audio input and output.
Two Connection Modes, Easy Manual Switching: Use the USB dongle for gaming or Bluetooth for your phone and everyday listening. Press and hold the touch area of either earbud for 2 seconds until you hear “USB Dongle” or “Bluetooth.” Always select the correct mode: Bluetooth mode will not play audio from the dongle-connected device.
Compatible Devices: The SW4 Pro supports USB dongle audio with compatible PCs, laptops, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Android phones and tablets that support USB audio. Use the included USB adapter when needed. Bluetooth mode works with compatible Android phones, iPhones, tablets, and computers. Not compatible with PlayStation Portal or Xbox consoles.
6–7 Hours of Listening per Charge: Enjoy approximately 6–7 hours of use on a full earbud charge. The fully charged case provides approximately 3 additional full charges, giving you around 24–28 hours of total use before the case needs recharging. Actual battery life varies with volume, connection mode, microphone use, and other settings.
Customize Your Sound and Controls: Connect the earbuds to your phone in Bluetooth mode and use the Middle Rabbit app to adjust EQ, customize touch controls, and turn the earbud indicator lights on or off. Built-in microphones let you join voice chats and calls without switching to a separate headset.
