A lovely mixed collection of original vintage photographs and photographic postcards, mainly featuring family and social scenes from around the 1920s through to the 1950s.

The collection includes wedding and family portraits, school and large group photographs, sports and swimming groups, seaside and holiday snapshots, children and various individual portraits. There are also several postcard-format photographs, some with handwritten names, addresses, dates and correspondence to the reverse.

A really interesting group offering a wonderful glimpse into everyday family, social and leisure life of the period.

Condition:

Good vintage condition overall with age-related wear throughout. Some photographs and postcards show fading, discolouration, marks, creasing, corner and edge wear, with writing to the reverse of some.
