Found in a bike parts lot I bought.  I know Schwinn never made a black chicago stingray but I beleive it to be a 90s or early 2000s era reproduction sting ray.  frame set is not complete bit there's alot of good parts here maybe someone one can put this back together or have use for the parts as you see them. 

scratched and scuffed but no breaks or cracks in frame.  come with all you see in pics.

Did not find any serial numbers posted anywhere on the frame, its also missing the front head badge.
