Battery Optimal Maintenance

  • For first use, discharge the new battery to 5% (not 0%), then charge and cycle 3–4 times to activate it.
  • Perform a full discharge and charge every other month to extend battery life.
  • Do not keep the adapter connected for long periods while using the battery — this may damage it.
  • Avoid shocks, disassembly, crushing, or puncturing. Do not dispose of in fire or water.

Installation Suggestion

  • All batteries are rigorously tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications — performance matches or surpasses your original battery.
  • Installation is easy, but we recommend watching an installation video in advance or consulting a repair technician.
  • Please be careful during installation. Any damage caused by improper operation is the user's responsibility.
Battery not detected or not working? Please check the troubleshooting steps on the right first.

Issue Troubleshooting

  • Battery may be loose — remove and reinstall it several times.
  • Contact between the motherboard and battery terminals may be damaged. Confirm with your original battery.
  • Check whether the battery driver is working; if not, download the latest driver to update.
  • Remove the battery, press the power button for ~15 seconds to drain residual power (with the power cord unplugged), then reinstall and try again.
