For testing, I powered on the device, connected it my Amazon account, updated firmware, toggled buttons, played music, and asked a question.
Device has been reset and deregistered.
Please note there are wavy / wrinkly vertical lines in the background of the LCD screen (see photo 3 for example)(The device is functional and touch screen works).
