Holds air and does not appear to be leaking oil. Steer tube length is 8 inches, includes star nut. Thru axle quick release mechanism is worn so the axle must be tightened all the way with an 8mm hex wrench, same tool to loosen. Compression adjustment knob is missing. Stanchion tubes are clean except for one small scratch, see photos.
