Can't find this tie dye ECU (Eastern Carolina) vintage hoodie sweatshirt anywhere!
Size: Medium (look at measurement in photos since vintage sizes are different than today's sizes)
Look at condition of cuffs and inside pilling 
100% Cotton 
Tags are faded. These photos are the best I could get.
Unsure of exact era, but since it's 100% cotton (current hoodies from same brand are 80/20 cotton/polyester)
