Music Man StingRay Special Bass Ebony Fretboard

Key Features

  • ✔ Experience the stunning beauty and exceptional craftsmanship of the Music Man StingRay Special Bass with Ebony Fretboard. This rare model, known as the Candyman, features a striking contrast between the shimmering red body and the deep black ebony fingerboard, creating a visually captivating instrument. The white pickup adds a charming touch, while the rounded pickguard with Tortoise Pattern pattern offers a sophisticated yet playful aesthetic. Purchased new in 2026 from a reputable music store, this bass has been played for only about an hour and has been carefully stored in its case, maintaining near-new condition. Its lightweight design of approximately 4.0kg ensures excellent balance and comfort, making it highly playable even in low positions. The thick ebony fretboard provides a rich tonal response, and the oil finish on the neck offers a smooth, slip-free feel that ages beautifully over time. Equipped with a single pickup and an 18V clean preamp with a 3-band EQ, it offers versatile sound shaping options, especially favoring punchy, rich lows perfect for fingerstyle playing. The included Mono semi-hard case provides excellent protection, making this a perfect choice for stage or studio use.
