Vintage Old Fulham & Kensington L.V & BRPA 8-point star award pin badge.   Measures roughly 1 7/8" in diameter.  Marked on the back Toye & Co. and London.  Old it could be In good condition - may need a good cleaning.  I do not clean vintage pieces I leave the original patina on it, so it might need a good cleaning.   I have other collectibles in my eBay store and feel free to take a look.  Once again thanks for taking a look.
