An original World War II era British comic postcard from the "Total War!" series published by Raphael Tuck & Sons. Illustrated by artist Gilbert Wilkinson with acknowledgments to "Illustrated" magazine, it features a humorous home front cartoon of women in training with the caption, "But, what the heck has this to do with typing?". The reverse side is unposted and features a patriotic wartime quote from Prime Minister Winston Churchill. A fantastic collectible for enthusiasts of WWII home front ephemera, British social history, and vintage cartoon art.
