Pair of original press photos of Mr Jimmy Nichol who was a mascot for over 20 years.

The first smaller photo is dated 1948 and shows him in a black and white suit and top hat. This photo is quite creased.

The second larger photo shows him in his local pub in 1973 after a photo of him with a `replica of the FA cup was stolen from there. The landlady put the word out that if it wasn't returned then the police would be called in. The word on the street got round and the photo turned up one morning.

The larger photo measures 28cm x 20cm and is in good condition with a few handling marks and small creases.

Please take a close look at all of the photos as they also form part of the description.

• If there's more than one item you'd like from me I will always reduce the postage costs for multiple purchases within the UK.

• If you're buying from outside the UK, please note that most of my overseas orders are sent to you via Ebay's Global Shipping Programme of which I have no idea/input regarding their postage charges. If there's more than one item you'd like to purchase, please contact me and I can end the items and bundle them together in one listing which tends to reduce the overseas postage cost dramatically.
