While its factory box shows shelf wear, this Beaulieu macro stage is unused.  It's compatible with Angenieux 8-64mm f/1.9 lenses with macro setting fitted to some Beaulieu 4008ZM and 4008 ZM II Super 8 cameras.  It's held in place by the Angenieux split lens hood/filter holder made for that lens.
