Description: This is a building kit, in HO Scale, and made by Walthers Cornerstone. I am listing lots of other buildings, trains, locomotives, accessories, & much more, so see the others listed at the link below, as I combine shipping!
Condition: This building kit is technically new, all complete and unused, with all its parts still requiring assembly. The instructions and box are included. The box shows typical shelf wear, blemishes, scratches, paint chips, dents, wrinkles, and possible discoloration, yet remains presentable. For these reason, I am listing it as "Used." Despite these minor flaws, this kit would make a nice addition to any HO scale layout.
Final Note on my Description & Condition: I always try my best to describe the good the bad and the ugly of my Items; nevertheless please look closely at the photos with zoom feature as they are a part of the visual description and that way you can make your own judgment on the condition of the Item so that there are not surprises and so that you know exactly what you are getting yourself, especially when everyone views condition differently.
