We offer FREE shipping on ALL products in the Continental United States, which include the forty eight States. Any other shipping locations, the customer must inquiry about the shipping cost. If the item(s) is going to a P.O BOX, the item must be one to two pounds, otherwise, anything bigger, must be shipped to a physical address. For all electronics you must find out if it needs to be reprogrammed to your vehicle.  Most of the modules and other electronics require a dealer to reprogram them to your exact VIN.  I have made sure all the wire harness connections all remove and install nicely and leave enough to use them if needed.
