The Upcycled Artist Stool Chess & Draughts Table is a unique piece of furniture that combines the functionality of a stool with the entertainment of a scrabble table. Upcycled in Cornwall, this innovative piece is perfect for artists, creators, and game enthusiasts alike. Its upcycled design adds a touch of sustainability and character to any room, making it a versatile and eye-catching addition to your home.
I collected these type of stools and decided to give them a new lease of life. Made from 100% real wood. They are fully stripped, treated with 4 coats of external Satin Stain Varnish, though are for internal use but this way the finish is tougher. They are approximately 400mm diameter at their feet and stool tops are approximately 300mm. They can be a little tight but do adjust up and down from around 400mm to 550mm.
This particular one is designed as a Chess or Draughts game. Pieces supplied in a hessian style draw string bag.
Finished in a Medium Oak Colour.
