Here is a small 2.44 gram slice of the rare Ozona H6 ordinary chondrite. The Ozona meteorite was found on the Paten Ranch in Crockett county, Texas in 1929. The Ozona meteorite is a veined H6 olivene bronzite chondrite that is seldom seen on the market. As a metter of fact, the Ozona meteorite was recognized 10 years after its initial recovery. This historic, uncommon Texas find is seldom stocked, but remains a fine example of a H6 chondrite. This piece measures approximately 20mm x 13mm x 5mm and comes with a display case when purchased.
