6.6 gram COMPLETE piece of TAGOUNITE 99 IIIAB IRON METEORITE.  The Tagounite 99 iron meteorite was found in June, 1999 in Morocco.  The Tagounite meteorite is mainly composed of Nickel and Iron with added trace elements and being a medium octahedrite has a stunning Widmenstatten pattern when cut and etched. This complete iron measures approximately 26mm x 15mm x 13mm and may is mentioned in the "METEORITICAL BULLETIN" #5 (2000).  A display case is included with your purchase.
