Cancellations
There is a cut-off, and it comes round quickly
Orders are released for dispatch on the same working day, and often sooner. Once an order has been released it is in the courier network and we can no longer pull it back. If there is any chance you will want to cancel, tell us straight away rather than waiting.
Before it is released
Use the cancellation request on your eBay order, or message us. We will cancel and refund you in full, normally the same day, and there is nothing further for you to do.
After it is released
The parcel will still arrive, because we cannot recall it once it is with the courier. That does not leave you stuck with it. Refuse it at the door and it comes back to us, or accept it and send it back under the returns terms below.
Your right to cancel is unaffected
Buying online, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, whatever stage it had reached when you asked. Our 30-day window is longer than the law requires, so in practice that is the one to use.
Wrong address, or wrong size ordered
Tell us the moment you spot it. Before release we can correct an address, or cancel so you can order the right size. After release the courier can usually redirect a parcel once it is out for delivery, and we will help you arrange that.

Returns & payment
If you change your mind
Returns accepted within 30 days. It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, and the return carriage is yours to cover. You are refunded in full once it is back with us.
If something is damaged or missing
Photograph the packaging and the damage, then message us within 48 hours. We send a replacement free of charge, or take it back and refund you in full.

Handled entirely by eBay checkout. We will never ask you to pay any other way, and we will never ask you to send card details in a message.
