This is a rare plasma lamp. The Lightning 2000 is filled with Krypton and produces white lightning unlike most plasma ball lamps that are filled with argon and produce the pink/purple lightning.

This lamp comes with a removable hood. Globe is about 5 3/4" in diameter and 7" tall. The total height of the lamp is 11".  It has an on-off switch that adjusts the speed and intensity of the lightning. I do not have the original box.

So much fun to watch!
