Set of 2 illustrated, full-color prints by artist Herb Roth, well-known political cartoonist and illustrator for The New York Herald Tribune and other New York publications in the early to mid-20th century. These 2 prints depict 18th century scenes and each one is signed by the artist and inscribed "TO MOTHER FROM HERBERT" on one and "TO FATHER FROM HERBERT" on the other. Each has a date hand-written as  well--one says "ST. PATRICK'S 1927"; the other says "SEPT 9" but the year is obscured by the frame.

The prints are in good condition for the age and are in frames without mats. Approx. 9x9" each.
