A very pretty vintage skirt from the 1980s I believe. St. Michael (Marks & Spencer).  Knee length, wide pleats / darts about a third of the way down, bright coloured wide stripes (hoops).  Has size 12 on the label, but that was 40 years ago, so is more like an 8 (maybe 8 - 10) nowadays.  Waistband measures  about 27 inches (68 cm).  Cloth covered button and rear zip closure.
