Discs and sleeve both have signs of wear - see photos. Discs have a lot of marks but play well with some surface noise (most prominent during quieter parts, beginning of sides, and between songs) and occasional ticks.

Discs have been fully tested and do not skip on my setup though I can not guarantee the same for yours.
