This is a classy black and gold 2-Piece Fiblink Bent Butt Fishing Rod Saltwater Offshore Trolling Rod for Big Game Fishing. You'd feel pretty silly using it for trout because the bait you might use would be larger than the nice trout you usually fish for. 
    This is an open-box item that did have some barely visible salt water residue that easily came off with a damp cloth. All roller guides, roller tip, butt to pole connection, screw rings have been tested and work freely. Please see all detailed photos for best description. 
     This rod would work great for fish weighing in the 50-150 pound range but for the particularly skillful angler it could handle even larger fish. This is designed for conventional reels with a line strength of 50-80 pound test.
