Shipping and customs clearance

• The shipment is securely packed in Poland and sent to the United States with FedEx tracking.
• Under DAP terms, the buyer is the importer and is responsible for any US customs duty, tariff, import tax and FedEx clearance or disbursement fee that may apply.
• eBay may collect applicable US state or local sales tax during checkout. Sales tax collected by eBay is separate from any import charge assessed during customs clearance.
• After purchase, please provide a valid email address and phone number for FedEx and customs notifications.
• A commercial export invoice with the item details and declared country of origin accompanies the shipment.
• Customs processing is outside the seller's control and may extend the delivery estimate shown by eBay.

No refundable core deposit on the US listing

• The displayed USD item price includes the pump and the Polish core amount, converted into US dollars. The FedEx shipping charge shown by eBay is paid separately at checkout.
• No separate refundable core deposit is charged and you do not need to return your old unit.

12-month limited commercial warranty

• The remanufactured pump is covered for 12 months from the documented delivery date against defects in the remanufacturing workmanship that occur during normal, intended vehicle use.
• To start a warranty claim, contact us through eBay before shipping anything. Provide the eBay order and item numbers, VIN, vehicle details, proof of installation by a qualified professional, diagnostic report and fault codes, and clear photos or video of the reported issue.
• Do not return the pump until we issue written return instructions. The same, complete pump supplied by us must be sent, securely packed and tracked, to our service facility in Poland. Identification marks and security seals must remain intact.
• For a claim handled solely under this 12-month commercial warranty, the buyer pays the tracked shipping cost to Poland and, after an approved repair or replacement, the FedEx shipping cost from Poland back to the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for any customs, import, brokerage or clearance charges arising on either journey.
• After inspection confirms a covered defect, TecNorma will, at its option, repair the pump or replace it with an equivalent unit. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original 12-month warranty period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• The warranty does not cover incorrect part selection; incorrect, unqualified or incomplete installation; failure to clean and flush the fuel system; contaminated or incorrect fuel; metal debris, water or other external contamination; dry running; electrical or vehicle-system faults; modifications, disassembly, broken seals, impact, accident, misuse, overheating, corrosion, normal wear or damage caused by another component.
• Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the commercial warranty does not reimburse diagnostics, removal, installation, programming, towing, vehicle downtime, substitute transport, loss of income, customs charges or other incidental or consequential costs.

Returns and eBay Buyer Protection

• We accept returns requested through eBay within 30 calendar days after delivery. Open the return request through the eBay order before shipping the item.
• For a change of mind, an incorrectly selected part or an item that is no longer needed, the buyer pays tracked return shipping to the seller's return address in Poland.
• The same, complete pump supplied by us must be returned in the condition received, securely packed and with all supplied components. Identification marks and security seals must remain intact.
• If the item arrives damaged, is faulty on arrival or does not match the listing, open a return request through eBay within the applicable deadline and follow eBay's instructions. Where eBay's rules make the seller responsible, the seller covers the approved return method. Do not arrange an independent return shipment unless we or eBay confirm it in writing.
• Where eBay Money Back Guarantee, other applicable eBay buyer protection or mandatory law requires the seller to cover return shipping or provide another remedy, those rules take priority over the commercial-warranty shipping terms above.
• This limited commercial warranty is additional to, and does not exclude or restrict, rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or the protections provided by eBay.
