Laerdal SimMan 3G Torso Skin Cover Replacement SimMan ALS Trauma Manikin

This torso skin replacement is used and currently has a sticky residue on the surface. I believe it may be from a gel or similar material that was used and not fully cleaned, but I cannot confirm the cause.
