🦉🔮 DEPARTMENT 56 — HELGA'S HOUSE OF FORTUNE
Snow Village Halloween Series | Item #56.55316 | Introduced 2002 • Retired 2004

❤️ A NOTE FROM THE SELLER:
This piece is from my late mother's beloved personal collection. These holiday villages brought her so much joy over the years, and it is now looking for a wonderful new home where it can be appreciated by a fellow collector.

🔎 DETAILED CONDITION REPORT (PLEASE READ)

• House Building: Pre-owned used condition and structurally sound with no major cracks or heavy damage to the porcelain structure itself.

• Animation & Electronics: Tested and working perfectly! The sound plays clearly and the white remote controller cord button operates properly, looping through up to 5 different recordings. The crystal ball flashes with light exactly as intended.

• Complete Attachments: This piece comes complete with all of its original external attachments. This includes the removable sign that reads “Helga’s Fortunes” as well as the small hanging side lantern. Both pieces are intact and included.

• Repair Note (Owl): Please note that the owl accessory has been secured back into place on the building with crazy glue. It holds securely but is mentioned for strict accuracy. (Please see photos).

• Power Supply: Includes a fully functional AC power adapter and the white push-button activation cord.

• Inserts & Paperwork: Please note that this piece does not come with its original paperwork, instructions, or internal cardboard inserts.

• Sleeve Condition: The original inner Styrofoam box and outer cardboard slipcover are included. The slipcover shows some wear, a little stretching, and a few slight tears to the edges due to normal age, handling, and storage over time. It still protects the piece beautifully.

• Vintage & Condition Note: This beautiful piece is offered in honest, pre-owned condition with the specific minor flaws noted above. To ensure you are completely happy with your purchase, please zoom in on all high-resolution photos to judge the cosmetic details and exact contents for yourself.
