On cheaper items "ECONOMY SHIPPING" = UNTRACKED ordinary letter without insurance, is only possible if buyer accepts sending at buyer's risk, as it will not be possible to prove whether item is delivered or not delivered. This option is only for buyers to countries with very reliable postal systems. ALL SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES WITH RISKY POSTAL SYSTEMS INCLUDING THOSE IN INDIAN SUBCONTINENT, SE ASIA, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA etc, WILL ONLY BE DONE BY TRACKED/INSURED SHIPPING OPTIONS (different options listed as "tracked", "Standard" & "Express" by Ebay).
