Pages are in very good clean condition for their age. Text is very clear with no annotations or inscriptions

Cover has some wear / marks and its cloth style spine has almost come away from the block of pages (last photo) so care is needed when opening. The back cover part is still firmly attached to the block 

The block of pages itself is still firmly intact through its original string which binds each page at 5 separate intervals along their spines. No pages are therefore loose or even partially loose
