Core Internals: Brand new timing chain, turbocharger, High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP), in-tank fuel pump, and complete fuel filter housing along with new OEM throttle housing.
Ignition System: Brand new ignition coil packs and performance spark plugs for strong, crisp spark delivery under 243 BHP boost pressures.
Carbon Prevention: Custom oil catch can system installed directly from the valve cover breather line to the turbo inlet. This is a vital mod for the N14 engine to protect the intake valves from heavy carbon buildup.
Boost & Breathing: Turbosmart Dual Port dump valve for immaculate boost response, front-mounted Airtec Stage 2 intercooler, K&N Stage 2 open air induction setup, and fully replaced deresonated red silicone MTC Motorsport boost pipework front-to-back.
Gaskets & Seals: Oil filter housing stripped and entirely refreshed with premium high-temperature Viton Tech gaskets (including the oil cooler). Brand new valve cover (with integrated PCV) custom-painted in Sparkling Silver to match the body with black detailing. New crankshaft oil seal, exhaust manifold gasket, and inlet manifold gaskets.

Drive Shafts: Both left and right drive shafts completely replaced with brand new units to guarantee smooth, vibration-free power delivery.

Bracing & Alignment: AEM cross brace fitted under the bonnet. Rear lower control arms upgraded to highly adjustable Silver Project control arms (finished in red), finished off with a full 4-wheel laser alignment.
Bearings: All four wheel bearings replaced with premium SKF units.
Braking System: Brembo Prime discs and pads all round. Calipers completely stripped and refinished in 4 coats of bright glossy red. Re-plumbed with HEL transparent red stainless steel braided brake lines for a firm, zero-fade pedal feel. Brake fluid upgraded to Comma Dot 5.1 for higher temperature performance and less moisture absorption.
