Our customer bought from new 15th July 2026 and returned 22nd July 2026 with the below fault
Intermittently doesn't connect - 75% of the time works fine, but sometimes when plugged in will not light up and isn't registered. Requires unplugging to reconnect. No light comes on, requiring reconnecting. Tried different ports on PC, as well as another USB cable.
We sent this off to ASUS who rejected our warranty claim pointing to corrosion in the glasses USB port as attached photo from them shows, as such we're forced to sell for parts and recoup money back
