Mountain Weavers tablecloths are traditional, Vermont-made 100% cotton heritage linens featuring classic homespun patterns, soft fringe on all four sides, and a reversible design. Mainly available through The Vermont Country Store.
100% USA Cotton: Woven from ring-spun, two-ply yarn grown in America.
Old-Loom Weaving: Produced on traditional 150-year-old looms in New England.
Hand-Fringed: Individually hand-cut and finished in Vermont.
Reversible: Double-sided use provides extended wear.
- Tightening Weave: Washing softens the cotton and tightens the overall structure.
- Line Drying: Machine washing in cold water with line drying (stretching while damp) is recommended.
- Shrinkage Allowance: Linens are intentionally overcut by up to 10% to account for initial cotton shrinkage; machine drying should be avoided.
