เหรียญปั๊มกลมรูปเหมือนหลวงปู่ดู่ หรือที่เรียกกันติดปากว่าเหรียญเศรษฐีจัดสร้างในปี 2531 เป็นเหรียญที่ทางวัดสะแกได้จัดสร้างขึ้น โดยหลวงปู่ดู่เป็นผู้ปลุกเสก ส่วนรอยจารนั้นเป็นลายมือของหลวงลุงดำซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจากหลวงปู่ให้จารเหรียญ โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้ววัตถุมงคลที่สร้างหลังปี 2525 หลวงลุงดำจะเป็นคนจารแทนหลวงปู่ครับ ที่มาของคำว่าเหรียญเศรษฐีนั้นมาจากสมัยที่จัดทำเหรียญนี้มีคนสั่งจองน้อย คณะกรรมการวัดจึงเรียนให้หลวงปู่ทราบ ท่านบอกว่าไม่เป็นไรแล้วให้ดำเนินการจัดสร้างไปตามปกติ หลวงปู่ยังได้ปรารภว่าต่อไปเหรียญนี้จะหายาก และจะเป็นที่ต้องการเป็นอันมาก คนที่ใช้เหรียญนี้จะร่ำรวยกันทุกคน ภายหลังเหรียญนี้จึงได้ถูกเรียกกันติดปากว่าเหรียญเศรษฐีจากคำกล่าวของหลวงปู่นั่นเอง
