First introduced around 2003, this hand-painted replica is based on one of the life-sized public art cows from the global CowParade exhibitions. It depicts a whimsical bull dressed up as Santa Claus, complete with a fluffy white beard, a festive red suit with white trim, black boots, a holly wreath around its horns, and a large sack on its back filled with Christmas gifts and a miniature tree.
