Troubleshooting:
For any troubleshooting outside of having a "defective" or "not as described" item, please refer to the manufacturer's webpage and/or alternative resources. Detailed, step-by-step technical assistance such as that can usually be found on the specific brand's webpage or through a third-party website. We are not permitted to configure a device to tailor any individual user's specifications.

Transfer Ownership:
We are not permitted to transfer ownership of items or licenses with the manufacturer or service provider.

Used printing consumables and batteries are not guaranteed.
