It has considerable age and use wear including paint loss, scratches, marks, surface corrosion and general grime. Keys and number display show age-related wear. Original identification plates remain fitted. Includes the old protective cover, which is heavily worn and deteriorated. Sold strictly as-is for restoration, parts or display.

Vintage Bell Punch “PLUS” mechanical adding machine / calculator, manufactured by Bell Punch Company Limited, London, England.

A substantial early mechanical office calculating machine with rows of numbered push keys and mechanical number display.

Identification plate underneath is marked:

Model No. 509/S/83/195/Q

The base plate states:
“Designed and Manufactured under Letters Patents by Bell Punch Company Limited, London, England.”

The machine also carries a PLUS – Bell Punch Cash Registers Ltd, Made in Great Britain badge and remains of an Australian distributor/service label.

This example is not working and will require a service/restoration before use. No attempt has been made to dismantle or repair it.

Includes the worn protective cover shown in the photos.

An interesting original piece of vintage office, accounting and mechanical calculator equipment.
