Well she is just Beautiful!  She is a German made Doll, possibly a Cuno & Otto Dressel Doll. Who's marks closely resemble her winged helmet mark. If you are a doll fancier and you know for sure... please let me know! She has a leather body and a bisque Head.  Her hair is dark brown and with long curls and straight bangs.  Her eyes are a beautiful blue and are fixed.  Her mouth is so sweet with small teeth you can just see.  She is signed on the back.  She comes with a lovely antique dress, slip, pantaloons, socks and shoes.  All are in lovely condition.  She measures just 20"... she could be considered 19 with shoes off.  I do not know much about these dolls as this was my aunts.  I do not know her age.  She does have a skinned knee with a small piece of tape covering... please see the picture.  Her dress is outstanding!
