4-flute ACME rougher for 1/2-10 general purpose ACME (2G). This is the #2 rougher in the National 546173 series. Used to rough the ACME form. Typical use is lead screws, vises, and other ACME nut work.

CONDITION New old stock. Tap appears unused. Original factory tube is included. Tube is worn and the tap has shop storage dust and oil in the flutes. Photos show the actual item.
